We’re seeking an experienced Senior Façade & Structural Engineering Manager to join a leading UK building safety and engineering consultancy, with the opportunity to take a key leadership role across complex UK projects.

The Opportunity:As Senior Façade & Structural Engineering Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams delivering consultancy, investigation, design and remediation services across residential, commercial, healthcare, education and public sector buildings.

You’ll provide technical direction, support client relationships and help shape standards, processes and the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK
Provide technical direction across façade design, structural assessment and remediation
Oversee existing-building investigations, surveys and defect assessments
Support PAS 9980, FRAEW, Single Building Assessments and Building Safety Act projects
Manage programmes, resources, budgets, risk and delivery
Develop client relationships and support proposals and business development
Mentor engineers, consultants and graduates
Collaborate with fire engineers, architects, contractors, Building Control and Principal DesignersWhat We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience within façade and/or structural engineering
Strong background in existing buildings, design, assessment and remediation
Experience managing teams or multidisciplinary projectsDesirable Knowledge/ Qualifications:

Knowledge of PAS 9980, FRAEW, Building Safety Act or fire safety is advantageous
Professional membership such as CEng, MIStructE, MICE, MCIOB, RICS, IFE, CABE or CWCT is desirableYour Impact:The Senior Façade & Structural Engineering Manager will play a key role in developing technical capability, mentoring future talent and supporting some of the UK’s most challenging building safety and remediation programmes.
