We are currently seeking a Senior Facilities Manager who will manage the site based employees (maintenance, cleaning, catering and more) assigned to the contract. The Senior Facilities Manager will need a considerable understanding of delivering both hard and soft services facilities management and have operated within the commercial / property / manufacturing sectors. You will report to the Regional Director to align and deliver strategic targets and management of key account objectives in line with the overall business objectives across your site.
This is a critical, client-facing role which encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, the financial management and control and the hands on daily operational management of high value contract. The role will also involve business development activity where appropriate, with a view to increasing turnover and profitability.
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable experience as a Senior FM or Account manager.
Experience in managing soft and hard services, ideally in a manufacturing environments
Experience and ability to effectively manage a P&L and deliver against business targets.
Experience of working in a pressurised, results focussed, service environment safely.
Ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of direct reports.
Ability to develop and implement innovative service delivery in line with strategic business objectives.
Ability to present effectively to client senior management teams and operation contract staff.
Experience of successfully leading teams through change.
Successful interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly.
Working with GMP and in a manufacturing experience would be desirable.

You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
