Senior Facilities Manager

Job Description

Boden Group has been selected as the recruitment partner to source a Senior Facilities Manager (known internally as a 'Regional Site Operations Business Partner') who will be based out of our clients UK HQ in West London (Hillingdon).

This is a brand new role in their FM/Workplace structure & will oversee sites across one of their regions in EMEA.

This role will suit a forward thinking, strategic, well rounded workplace focused, facilities individual who has experience managing across multiple sites either in the UK only or across EMEA (which would give you an advantage).

Our clients primary industry is pharma however you do not need experience in a pharma environment to be considered but again, it could be an advantage if you have this exposure.

What are we looking for in a top quality applicant?

Experience within highly complex environments and ability to navigate across multiple business areas and countries while managing complex interdependencies.
Enterprise mindset and ability to manage conflicting priorities within unpredictable environments both internally and externally.
Experience managing high levels of change at a fast pace using quick and creative thinking within agreed frameworks.
Strong contractor management experience.
Proficient at collecting, analysing and understanding data. Ability to aggregate from various sources and articulate themes, trends and insights to drive decision making.
A proactive and autonomous problem solver with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Able to demonstrate ability to influence across the business at all levels and provide executive level summaries for review and decision.
Excellent decision-making capability and sound judgement with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
Excellent verbal and written English and proficiency at planning and scheduling own activities to accomplish goals and objectives.
