Senior Family Paralegal

Miller Grace are working with a reputable full-service law firm in Liverpool and are looking for an experienced Family Paralegal to join a growing team. The firm is made up of highly qualified and empathetic experts, who enjoy a great office culture.

Ideal candidate:

- Previous experience of a range of family matters including divorce, parental disputes, child arrangements, financial settlements, tolata disputes

- Familiarity with Proclaim case management system

- Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision

- Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

- Handling caseloads, filing and document management.

- Drafting letters and correspondence, bundling and undertaking research.
