Senior Family Solicitor

Experienced Family Law Solicitor – Private Family Law (5+ Years PQE)
London (Flexible/Hybrid Working Available)
Competitive salary, dependent on experience

My Legal 500 recognised client is seeking an experienced and confident Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in privately funded family law matters. Applications are also welcome from more senior practitioners looking to join a dynamic and well-regarded team.

The Role:
You will manage your own caseload independently, with support from junior colleagues. You’ll be involved in high-quality private family law work, with opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of the department.

You should have solid experience in:

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Private children law matters
• Domestic abuse cases, including non-molestation and occupation orders
• Relationship breakdown, including cohabitation disputes
• Civil partnerships and associated legal issues

While not essential, accreditation in child abduction work and/or a working knowledge or interest in legal aid would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Actively participate in business development and networking
• Build work through your own professional contacts and referrals
• Support colleagues within the team and wider firm as needed
• Be panel-accredited or working towards accreditation (e.g., Law Society or Resolution)

Their private family law solicitors are members of The Law Society’s Family Law Panel, Children Panel, Resolution, and the ICACU panel.
