Maintaininga high standard of service and repair on all cleaning equipment ensuring the delivery of a world class service experience Regularly communicatingwith Regional Service Manager Maintaining,accurately diagnosingand repairing the full range of Industrial Cleaning Equipment including Municipal Completingdocumentation of work orders promptly on Oneview FS365, ensuringaccurate records are created Controlling van stocks in accordance with customer base
ensuring 5% difference adhered to during all stock takes Effectivelycommunicating dailywith regional scheduler to assist operations Identifying and communicatingsales leads to relevant sales person Promotinghealthy relationships with customers and the One Professional Team Maintainingtools and equipment to a satisfactory and safe condition Participatingin on-job coaching with Regional Manager ensuringpersonal development plan is relevant Elevated duties in absence of Regional Manager if required Where required attending reactive weekend on-call work orders (few and far between) Your qualifications, experience and characteristicsare 3 GCSEs at Grade 4, or equivalent, including English and Maths Formal mechanical/electrical qualifications Proven experience in the service and/or cleaning industry or willing to fast track through training. Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team Excellent organisational skills. Able to improvise and be conversant with customers.
