Elevation Senior Finance are partnered with a leading professional services firm that are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their UK Commercial Finance team, based in Leeds. This is a brand new role created through sustained growth in one of the divisions - the perfect time to be getting on board!

This is an exciting opportunity to influence financial decision-making at board level, contribute to strategic bids, and support the growth of one of the firm’s key divisions.

• Lead and own board reporting for the one of the key divisions, including performance reviews with senior finance leadership

• Support divisional forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights to guide business strategy

• Collaborate on key commercial submissions and support strategic bids

• Develop and maintain rate card information for operational teams

• Contribute to UK-wide finance priorities and group FP&A initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement and support automation across reporting and processes

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)

• Strong FP&A and board reporting experience

• High level of analytical ability and commercial awareness

• Ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders clearly and confidently

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing high volumes of complex data

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and appetite for improvement

• Work in a collaborative, high-performing UK Finance team
