Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

Ambition are supporting an International law firm in their recruitment for a Senior Finance Analyst to join its FP&A team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial reporting and planning during a period of exciting transformation, including the implementation of a new practice management system.

• Support board-level reporting and provide financial insight to the CFO
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
• Assist with year-end reporting and management meeting preparation
• Design and rebuild dashboards and MI reports using Power BI
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and data strategy
• Collaborate with HR, Risk, IT and other teams on financial surveys and reporting
• Liaise with international finance teams to share best practices
• Provide ad hoc analysis, client reporting, and project support

• Experience building dashboards in Power BI
• Strong Excel modelling and data manipulation skills
• Professionally qualified or actively studying (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and a flair for presenting financial data clearly
• Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative
