Job Description - Senior Finance Assistant

Accounts Assistant
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Stevenage, looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the purchase ledger
Processing supplier invoices and payments
Reconciling supplier statements and bank accounts
Maintaining accurate records and supporting financial reporting
Assisting with general finance and admin duties as needed

About You:

An experienced accounts professional looking for a steady, office-based role
Previous experience with the full purchase ledger process
Someone who values routine, accuracy, and a supportive work environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
