Senior Finance Business Partner

CMA are delighted to be partnering with a market leader in consumer manufacturing as we seek to identify a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will give you a chance to step into a strategic leadership role with real influence across a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.

You’ll partner directly with the COO and operational leaders across four UK sites, shaping key business decisions through powerful financial insight and leading a team of 4 Finance Business Partners. From budgeting and forecasting to driving ROI and continuous improvement, your impact will be seen and felt.

What will the Senior Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Deliver daily and strategic financial insight to the COO and executive team

• Challenge the status quo to drive performance and innovation

• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team

• Provide scenario planning, costings, and robust reporting

• Be a key part of senior leadership, contributing to culture, accountability, and long-term growth

Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified

• Strong experience in manufacturing and/or FMCG

• Proven success business partnering at board level

• A sharp, commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence

• Leadership experience in a Finance BP role
