About the Role

This is a senior, commercially driven finance role, ideally suited to candidates with a strong track record of partnering with senior leadership teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the board and senior leadership team, providing financial insight and commercial challenge.
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the business unit.
• Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.
• Influence and support key commercial initiatives across the business.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within a complex or fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, including board-level executives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Confident communicator, capable of influencing at all levels.
