Senior Finance Business Partner – Hybrid (Nottinghamshire) – £55k + large Bonus + Car Allowance + shares + benefits

Are you a Finance Business Partner who can bring figures to life, adept at conversing and painting a picture to non-finance stakeholders? Are you looking for a company that cares about their employees and who actively promote from within? If so, then we are working exclusively with a healthcare provider in Nottinghamshire who are keen to hire another member for their finance team.

In this role you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, partnering directly with senior stakeholders and senior leadership, and influencing strategic decision-making at the highest level.

The Role:

• Partner directly with multiple stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with partners and senior leadership teams.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive profitability and long-term growth.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
• Support decision-making through robust financial modelling and data interpretation.
• Present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

About You:

• You must be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
• You must possess strong business partnering experience, with excellent stakeholder management.
• You must be commercially focused with the ability to challenge, influence and advise.
• You must be comfortable handling complex data and translating it into clear business insight.
• Have advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
• Able to travel regularly and work flexibly.
