We're recruiting a SeniorFinance Business Partner to head up a small team of skilled Finance Business Partners and Analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight, strategic support, and high-quality performance analysis to drive commercial success.

• Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of Finance Business Partners and Analysts

• Act as a key strategic partner to operational directors, helping drive performance through insightful financial analysis and decision support

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across multiple business areas

• Support commercial initiatives with robust financial models, variance analysis, and KPI reporting

• Streamline processes, implement reporting tools, and ensure data-driven performance management

• Champion continuous improvement and empower your team to work proactively with operational leaders

• What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and developing a small finance team

  • Strong background in finance business partnering, budgeting, and performance reporting

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Power BI is ideal

  • Ideally, you'll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience
