• Own the numbers - end-to-end responsibility for a significant revenue and cost line, driving insight and challenge across sales, margin, and operational performance.

• Be the strategic voice - partner with senior commercial stakeholders, sales directors, and operational leads to influence pricing, contracts, investment cases, and growth plans.

• Drive performance - identify revenue opportunities, margin risks, and commercial levers to improve EBITDA. Your analysis will drive better decisions and real business outcomes.

• Planning & forecasting - lead the full financial planning cycle for your area, from budgeting and forecasting to long-term strategic planning and scenario modelling.

• Business cases & investment - play a key role in capex evaluations, new propositions, and strategic investments. Your insight will shape where and how we grow.

• Decision support - turn complex data into actionable recommendations that influence C-suite decision-making.

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in commercial finance or FP&A

• Proven track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex organisation

• Strong commercial acumen - you're just as comfortable talking strategy and growth as you are reviewing forecasts

• Highly analytical with excellent modelling skills and the ability to translate data into narrative

• Confident, influential communicator who can challenge constructively and drive change
