Senior Finance Business Partner

Butler Rose is working with a well-established business in Somerset to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

In the role you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and financial reviews. You will partner with senior business leaders and be involved in developing and delivering strategic business plans.

• Responsibility for annual budgeting and forecasting
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide business insight and partnering to relevant senior management.
• Provide detailed analysis on financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen forecasts and variance analysis.
• Deliver performance insights and challenge results to influence key decisions.
• Provide analysis and commercial recommendations to leadership.
• Identify areas of improvement within the financial reporting

The successful candidate will be formally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who is able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent systems skills including MS Excel and be comfortable working in a large complex business.
