The Opportunity

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll lead the charge on building a best-in-class finance function. Working directly with the executive team, you'll bring rigour, insight, and control to a high-growth business that combines commercial ambition with creative edge.

You'll lead on everything from FP&A and strategic planning to cash flow management, systems, team development, and investor readiness - shaping the financial future of a business set to define a generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations - Own end-to-end reporting, controls, and compliance; deliver clean, timely P&Ls, cash flow, and balance sheets
• Strategic Planning - Lead forecasting, budgeting, and business unit performance analysis to guide decision-making
• Cash Flow & Capital - Oversee working capital, funding strategies, and capital planning
• Systems & Infrastructure - Design scalable processes, systems, and frameworks across finance
• Team Leadership - Manage and grow a high-performing finance team, embedding a culture of excellence and commercial clarity

What We're Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with c8-10 years PQE
• Proven success in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a high-growth, scale-up, or PE-backed environment
• Strong technical grasp of accounting, compliance, and risk management
• Strategic thinker with advanced FP&A, modelling, and commercial insight
• Experience implementing finance systems and streamlining operational finance
• Confident communicator and cross-functional influencer
• Energetic, hands-on, and calm under pressure
• Ideally experienced in media, tech, or consumer-led sectors - but sector fit is less important than mindset
