Package: £70k to £95k salary + car allowance and up to 30% bonus

A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and high-performing finance team, supporting a strategically important business unit generating ~$130m in revenue and ~$36m in EBITDA.

Based in Nottingham City Centre, this permanent hybrid role offers a mix of on-site collaboration and flexible working. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and support high-impact initiatives across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align financial planning with strategic goals
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Deliver commercial insight on pricing, profitability, and cost optimisation
• Evaluate investments, major initiatives, and M&A opportunities
• Support financial modelling for new products and go-to-market strategies
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Champion continuous improvement and strong financial governance
• Collaborate across finance, product, GTM, and operational teams

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in senior finance business partnering or commercial finance
• Strong track record in strategic planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes
• Experience with investment appraisal and M&A is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and team collaboration
