Description

• Provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making across the business.
• Collaborate with leadership teams deliver annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
• Support the implementation of financial strategies to maximise profitability and growth.
• Act as a trusted business partner to non-finance teams, providing clear financial insights with the ability to challenge performance and delivery.

Profile

• Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA).
• A strong background in commercial finance, preferably within the retail industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• The ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
• Prior experience of partnering up to C-suite level with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary.
