You'll be given the platform to mentor, influence, and transform – making a tangible impact across the wider finance function.
Lead and mentor a team of experienced finance professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Own and evolve the group’s financial control frameworks – from documentation to policy setting and approvals.
Ensure robust compliance with IFRS and key regulatory standards, including the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Proactively drive enhancements across internal controls, risk frameworks and end-to-end financial processes.
Act as a key contact for internal and external audits – ensuring smooth delivery and insightful reporting.
Support the valuation and monitoring of complex financial items including disbursements and accrued income.
Lead and support finance-led change projects, introducing automation, new technologies and best practices.
ACA / ACCA qualified with strong post-qualification experience.
Deep understanding of IFRS and exposure to technical accounting and statutory reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to lead change and influence at senior levels.
Passionate about leveraging technology and new ways of working to enhance financial control.
