• Act as the financial compass for Plant Leadership, shaping key operational decisions and aligning strategy with long-term business goals.
• Take full responsibility for financial performance, translating P&L and balance sheet insights into action plans that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
• Deliver impactful financial storytelling during business reviews, turning numbers into clear insights that guide better decisions.
• Lead efforts to streamline financial operations, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes-offering proactive advice, highlighting risks, and supporting smart, data-driven decisions.

Profile

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience finance professional
• Experience within Manufacturing and Standard costing environment
• Plant Controller experience desirable
