Description

Senior Finance Officer responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supervising and leading the finance Officer.
• Implementing and managing internal financial controls and procedures.
• Liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes.
• Analysing financial data and providing strategic financial planning advice.
• Managing financial risk and ensuring the financial health of the company.
• Management of the cash flow.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Officer should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Proven experience in a similar senior finance role within the business services sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
