Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Be-Resourcing is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join a well-established and forward-thinking professional services firm based in Scotland.

This is a fantastic role for a finance systems professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems. You’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s finance systems, collaborating with IT and finance teams and driving improvements across the business.

This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the firm and contribute to the ongoing development of critical systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support for practice management systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via the Helpdesk
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to deliver high-quality service
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides
• Support system implementations and upgrades
• Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams
• Develop SQL-based solutions and reports
• Escalate issues to external support when necessary
• Prioritise requests and identify effective solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong SQL query skills
• Experience supporting financial or practice management systems
• Familiarity with expense and time management systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
