THE ROLE

As Senior Financial Accountant, you will gain comprehensive exposure across the entire finance function, with key responsibilities including:

• Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting and analysis
• Preparation of comprehensive management reports with commercial insights
• Working closely with the CFO (dotted line reporting relationship)
• Involvement in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Contributing to month-end and year-end processes
• Supporting system improvements and automation initiatives
• Liaising with external auditors and other stakeholders

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Have ambition and enthusiasm to develop across all areas of finance
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Show excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Be keen to take ownership and drive continuous improvement

• Salary: £55,000-£60,000 dependent on experience
