Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Accountant to join our clients expanding electronics team, who will provide accurate financial reports and implement effective financial strategies.

Description

• Monthly management accounts including financial accounts reconciliation.
• Implementation of effective financial strategies to ensure company growth.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Overseeing and managing company financial systems and budgets.
• Managing statutory and corp tax audit with external auditors.
• Business partner with key stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Assisting with budgets and forecasts.
• Closing month end
• Analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Developing trends and projections for the firm's finances.

Profile

A successful Senior Financial Accountant should have:

• A qualified accountant ACCA/ACA or CIMA
• Will consider candidates straight from Audit currently in practice
• Must be excellent user of excel including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Sum IF, SUM IFs, index match and Sum product.
• Technically very strong.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Expertise in financial data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and procedures.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
