My client is a financial advice firm whom I have placed 3 staff with in the past. They have a truly holistic approach to their advice offering and they get to know their clients (who are all local people) really well and on both a professional and personal level and get involved in local community events.

The MD has a long-standing reputation and one of the most respected Chartered Financial Planners in the industry over many years. The most loyal clients have been taking advice from them for over 10 years. They offer advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Retirement Planning, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients with between £250k - £5m of investable assets who are primarily families, retirees and some small business owners.

The Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for an experienced Financial Administrator with lots of experience doing end to end administration, assisting the entire back office function of the business and supporting advisers with all matters related to admin support to allow them to focus on clients. You will be working alongside 2 other administrators and supporting 4 advisers. You will be responsible for the entire back office system and you will change changes and improvements to the support structure and not be afraid to push back and suggest changes to the executives. Knowledge of Intelligent Office CRM and the Aviva Platform will be highly advantageous.

If you wish to undertake any studies towards your level 4 diploma my client will offer study support and training with some basic exposure to paraplanning, but the role will be suitable for a Career Financial Administrator with management experience and a well rounded knowledge of the back off support function in an IFA firm. You will receive a basic salary depending on experience with a comprehensive benefits package and equity stake - my client will consider candidates with salary expectations up to £35k, possibly up to £40k for someone outstanding.
