Hasbro European Trading BV (\u0027HET\u0027) is Hasbro SA\u2019s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA\u2019s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV (\u0027HIT\u0027) is Hasbro SA\u0027s distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro UK Ltd (\u0027the Company\u0027) provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the United Kingdom and Ireland.\n\nThe Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving disciplined expense oversight and strategic investment for the Licensed Consumer Products and Entertainment businesses. Acting as a critical business partner to cross-functional leaders, this role is responsible for delivering timely, actionable insights into operating expenses to ensure the company maintains financial agility while supporting growth objectives. This role demands a strong command of forecasting, budget management, and variance analysis, paired with excellent communication and strategic influencing skills.\n\nThis role is based in our Capper Street, London office with hybrid working. In office Tuesdays/ Wednesdays and Thursdays. Full-time position.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\nAs a Sr. Financial Analyst at Hasbro, you will:\n\n * Analyze and manage operating expenses to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness.\n * Support the financial planning and analysis for our LCP and Entertainment businesses.\n * Develop financial models to project expenses.\n * Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement financial strategies.\n * Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.\n * Monitor financial trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.\n * Ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards and regulations.\n\n\n\n## Requirements\n\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\n\n * A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n * Qualified or part- qualified with a recognized accounting institution, e.g., CPA, CFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA\n * A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the finance or commercial sectors.\n * Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.\n * Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.\n * Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.\n * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely.\n * A collaborative approach with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\n * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.\n\n\n\nWe Play to Win with our Leadership Principles:\n\n * Knowing is Half the Battle\n * Break the Mold\n * Take Charge\n * Be Legendary\n * Friendship is Magic\n * Matrix of Leadership\n\n\n\n#LI-Hybrid\n\nHasbro is an Equal Opportunities Employer\n\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of the role, and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
