Senior Financial Controller

I am working with a national Property investment and development company who are looking to hire a Senior Financial Controller to lead their finance function withing the business.
This will be a varied position that will involve collaboration across all departments to help achieve the financial goals of the board. And will be reporting into the CEO.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum subject to experience
Hours:37.5 hours per week - Full time in the office
Location:Norwich Head office

Responsibilities.

• Prep of 25+ companies annual accounts.
• Account consolidation
• Projection of Cash Flow and management
• Corporate tax compliance
• Annual budgets including service charge budgets (prep & reconciliation)
• Insurance
• Company secretarial
• Chairman's Personal tax and day to day finance management
• Management and Development of the finance team

Experience

• Qualified by experience considered.
• FRS102.
• Industry and Practice experience (later is desirable but not essential).
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• 5 years post qualification experience.
• SAGE Line 50 experience.
