Description

Develop and implement effective financial control processes and frameworks.
Monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Provide regular reporting on financial controls to senior leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Support audits by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
Review and update financial procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Train and guide staff on financial controls and best practices.

A successful Senior Financial Controls Manager should have:

Strong experience in financial controls within the accounting and finance sector.
A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
