Senior Financial Planner

Synchronicity Financial Services are working with a highly reputable and fast growing independent financial advice firm who are part of a larger group with a great reputation. They are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser to join their business.

You will inherit HNW clients and benefit from their existing introducer relationships and business development avenues. There is opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities of the team if you wanted to, although that is not essential. They are looking for someone who is able to bring a client book of at least £30m AUM over the first 3 year period (post restrictive covenants) and will offer a bespoke bonus package of up to 100% of salary depending on experience and AUM.

You will enjoy Chartered Paraplanning and dedicated Admin support. This firm have a clear future plan, they do not intend to sell, merge or have private equity involvement - this is a really exciting, long-term opportunity for someone and their clients to have long-term security.

Ideally you will be Chartered (CII, CISI or LIBF) or within 18 months of achieving Chartered status. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days a week in the office.

Salary advertised is basic salary - there is a lucrative bonus scheme and benefits package on top.
