Senior Financial Services Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Financial Services Administrator (Client Delivery Lead) to join our growing team. You will ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met.

You will work from our Market Harborough office, but with the flexibility for hybrid working, and will have full IFA experience to hit the ground running following initial process training. 

Key Accountabilities Include

• Client Servicing: including creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and ensuring relevant documents are uploaded.


• Compliance: performing relevant anti money laundering checks and checking compliance documentation is completed.


• New Business Submission: use client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.

Person Specification

Knowledge

• Must have excellent understanding of the financial planning process.


• Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Experience 

• Substantial experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration Role

• Proficient IT skills, spread sheet and database knowledge


• Excellent planning and effective organisational skills
