A national fire engineering consultancy is launching a brand-new Midlands division
focused on major, high-impact projects. We’re looking for a Senior Fire Engineer who
wants more than business as usual. Someone who’s ready to build, lead, and make their
mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create bespoke fire strategies that meet and exceed UK Building Regs
• Work directly with architects, developers, contractors, and regulators
• Lead on fire safety design, egress analysis, and protection strategies
• Deliver high-quality technical reports and drawings
• As Senior Fire Engineer you will mentor junior team members and support a growing Midlands presence
• Conduct site visits and give practical, solution-focused advice

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Fire, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
• 2+ years in UK-based fire engineering or Senior Fire Engineering
• Strong understanding of ADB, BS standards, and performance-based design
• Experience with FREAW and EWS1 assessments
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• A proactive, consultancy-driven mindset
• Ambition to help grow something from the ground up
