Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner Lead to drive financial performance through insightful analysis of customer and product profitability, cost to serve, and operational efficiency. Working within a matrix environment, you will support a broad stakeholder group in a commercially-facing role.
Your new role
In this role you will proactively monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, advise on product portfolio optimisation and support pricing and profitability models. You will play a key role in the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasting process, whilst collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies and deliver actionable insights.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance leaders to explain financial drivers, reconcile data, and recommend improvements. You'll champion best practices across finance and supply chain functions, support enterprise transformation initiatives, and foster financial awareness amongst non-finance teams. A strong focus on continuous improvement, audit readiness, and staying abreast of financial analysis advancements is essential to thrive in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant ideally with exposure to working within a business with a "tangible product". You will demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, a strong analytical skill set and relish working within a fast-paced environment. Proximity to Andover will be important as the role will require the successful candidate to partner closely with a range of operational stakeholders.
