Michael Page Finance are exclusively partnering a high-growth, Private Equity backed Fintech, Software (SAAS) company based near Staines.

With a £300m turnover, the business has recently secured funding to grow their offering in new markets and are positioned well to deliver double digit growth in the coming months and in to 2026. Founded 20 years ago, the business has been a market leader in providing financial insights software to 3,000 customers globally and are utilised by a significant proportion of the top 500 largest companies.

Their AI and real-time products enable their customers to optimise their operations.

As a result of their growth they are looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to support R&D and Sales and Marketing

Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:

• Lead and collaborate with the R&D, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to key stakeholders.
• Support the development of long-term financial strategies to align with business objectives.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment proposals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years PQE
• Demonstrable experience with in FP&A and adding value
• Ideally experience in a global organisation with multiple region exposure
• Strong business partnering skills to both finance and non-finance stakeholders with the ability to influence (at Senior leadership level)
• Advanced excel modelling skills with large data
• Experience to BI and Planning tools
• Able to deal with multi-currency
• SAAS experience is beneficial

Job Offer

The Senior FP&A Analyst position comes with a competitive base salary of £75,000-£95,000 depending on experience and package.
