• ACA or MBA-qualified with strong academics—someone who can hold their own with commercial leaders

• Sharp, curious, and ambitious: a natural change agent who wants to challenge the norm and push boundaries
• Comfortable engaging with data at source—advanced excel or similar skills to automate, model, and surface insight
• A confident communicator who can simplify complexity, bring structure, and help define what ‘great’ looks like
