Senior Fragrance Development Manager

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape olfactive strategies, and create products that delight customers while driving sustainable impact. Leading the full fragrance development cycle for all assigned accounts - managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption Collaborate with Perfumers, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients Deliver winning fragrance themes that answer our customers' expectations aligned with consumer needs based on data analysis where available Maintain a vast and up to date awareness of scented products across assigned categories, to identify olfactive trends and opportunities that can be turned into concrete customer solutions Be the Development Partner with Sales.
