The Role

As Lead Software Engineer, you’ll:

Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs.
Make key architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.
Lead engineering discussions and influence design approaches.
Mentor developers and support the growth of the wider engineering team.
Champion clean code, testing, automation, and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Play a central role in a large-scale platform transformation.
What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and helping others succeed.

You’ll bring:

Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
Proven experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
Experience designing and working with APIs and modern software architectures.
A passion for building clean, scalable, maintainable solutions.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
