What You’ll Do

• Design & Develop intuitive, high-performance web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

• Architect & Optimize scalable, serverless services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/S3, CloudWatch).

• Own the DevOps lifecycle — from CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI) through containerisation (Docker, ECS/Fargate, Kubernetes).

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, and QA to drive projects from concept to production.

• Ensure Robustness & Security by writing clean, well-tested code (Jest, Mocha), implementing automated testing, and adhering to industry compliance standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001).

• Mentor & Share Knowledge through code reviews, brown-bag sessions, and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ hands-on experience building web applications with React, Redux (or equivalent), Node.js, and Express.

• Proficiency with MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, replication) or comparable NoSQL databases.

• Deep understanding of AWS services including serverless architectures, IAM, networking (VPC, load balancers), and cost optimization.

• DevOps mindset: Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, Terraform/CloudFormation, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and RESTful API design.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
