The Senior General Foreman would come from a civil engineering background ideally with highways experience or civil engineering working on projects covering highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. Foreman with bridges / structures experience would be an advantage. The Senior General Foreman will ideally have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SSSTS / SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and previous civil engineering project experience.
