A leading Marketing Services Group is looking for a bright and ambitious Senior Global Compliance Manager.

This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a highly experienced Global Client Compliance team and plays a crucial role in driving the financial and operational success of the international client accounts.

You will manage contract negotiations, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and contract compliance while supporting profitable growth.

Role overview:

• You will have the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio and partner with Commercial/Compliance Directors on complex negotiations, gaining valuable experience and developing your commercial/compliance expertise.

• You will be managing commercial audit across global agencies, which is fundamental to the role.

• Implementing media focussed process and procedures and associated systems.

• You will be involved in the development of tailored compliance and best practice programs.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience in Commercial, Accounting, Finance, International Business, or a related fields.
• Demonstrable multi market hands on experience.
• Knowledge of core agency concepts agency benefits, disclosed buying models, undisclosed inventory, vendor contracts and remuneration models.
