It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.We Are One: For Love | For Diversity | For Change | For Equality | For Kindness For Freedom | For Unity Against RacismJoining us as our Senior Global PR Manager; It will be your role to manage, implement and measure all brand PR/comms activity, working to support the wider global marketing team across multiple projects with line-management responsibility of our regional PR teams.Kurt Geiger’s Senior Global PR Manager will be responsible for the development of the global strategic communication of the brand, focussing on consumer audiences across key global initiatives and events as well as the positioning of stakeholders, all whilst working with the regional teams to execute the brand public relations strategy in market.This role will serve as a true deputy to Vice President, Global PR and requires strategic and creative thinking as well as the ability to plan, execute, prioritise, and succeed in a fast-paced, multi-layered environment. It requires the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, collaborating with relevant Kurt Geiger teams within Global and Regional Marketing as well as the rest of the business.RequirementsDevelopment and management of a multi-layered PR and communications strategy that considers all departments to build brand / company reputation and promote product / marketing campaigns, always addressing both traditional and digital PR – both annually and for season launches as well as key product, collaboration and brand momentsEnsure all key global brand focuses are effectively and efficiently communicated to regional teams, resulting in driving awareness and increased media coverage worldwidePartner with our integral marketing and copy team to develop all campaign and brand messaging for PR useManage and inspire the global communications team and/or any external agencies that might be representing the brandEncourage rich, engaging coverage of Kurt Geiger that will make the biggest impact with our global audiences. Driving near-term business impact and long-term brand awarenessDrive PR and communications initiatives through efficient event, campaign and project management, including KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysisDevelop and implement a 360 strategic media strategy to support our mission and positioning to successfully communicate key messages to press, influencers and customersDevelop and deliver a compelling always-on press strategy that helps position Kurt Geiger as a global main player in the world of affordable luxuryTo oversee the management and implementation of Global seeding campaignsRun the global VIP program. Identify exciting new tastemakers, changemakers and PR opportunities that broaden the perception of Kurt Geiger and reach new audiencesManagement of the overall PR budget, including budget for individual projects such as global press and launch eventsManage reporting and share PR successes, challenges and learnings – including ROI analysis - to provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on strategy successWork closely with other Marketing channels to ensure the development of integrated marketing activation strategies and product launch plansDevelop strong collaborative working relationships with senior stakeholders across the business – from Director level and Head’s Of to other dept. ManagersManage a team working flexibly in different markets from press officer to coordinator to assistant level across PR and comms, setting high standards of excellence and ensuring consistent alignment to strategy and objectivesDrive further digitization of PR: be aware of new social and digital media platforms and influencers relevant to the Kurt Geigertarget customer and build into strategies and activations accordinglyDevelop already long-established strong relationships with senior key media and influencers across global consumer titlesDevelop and execute well-conceived strategies that positively raise the profile of the brand within the markets they are deployed, reinforcing our team as a global, strategic outfitManage in producing materials and toolkits for each region including key messaging, sample pitch letters, press releases, photography, event guidelines, and influencer activation to support market-level strategy executionDevelop, lead and maintain a global comms schedule and calendar to ensure timely press releases and toolkitsBuild and maintain relationships with all regions and ensure visibility to local planning, activations, and reportingManage day-to-day markets requests for editorial and brand-profiling opportunitiesPresent key global comms initiatives to regions and collaborate on localizing global conceptsConceptualize and create compelling narratives and a variety of communications materials for internal and external audiencesRemain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future earned media trends across all relevant industriesYou’ll play a key role in our Leadership team so your technical capability will go hand in hand with the below:Great leadership and relationship management that delivers results through effective teamworkYou’ll be a proud custodian to our KG culture, embodying what we stand for and encouraging others to do the sameYou’ll work to keep the team engaged – you’ll embed a collaborative culture and ensure the team have direction (short & long term), guidance & support; coaching will be your go-toYou will take ownership for your own development, proactively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness;You will bring the outside-in; you’ll share best practice across the team / business and encourage ideas sharing as well as collaborative problem-solvingYou’ll lead the way and role model on all things DE&I & wellbeing RequirementsPrevious PR or Comms experienceIn-house experience or global-agency workFashion and/or footwear experience a mustGood understanding of the Global media landscapeStrategic mindset and collaborative work processCan-do attitude with ability to work under the pressure and reconcile competing and sometimes conflicting prioritiesExcellent verbal, written communication skills and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detailBenefitsCompetitive basic salaryPension and life assuranceEnviable discountsGym DiscountsSummer Hours - 3pm Friday FinishHalf Day, Payday Friday (once per month)RetailTrust support& so much more!Our StoresThe first Kurt Geiger store opened on London Bond street in 1963.
