Senior Graphic Designer

Lynx is hiring for a fast-scaling lifestyle e-commerce brand based in London with a global customer base and a sleek visual identity. They’re seeking a Senior Designer to lead creative output across digital, social, packaging, and brand.

Key responsibilities:

• Concept, design, and execute digital assets (social, display, email, landing pages)

• Create packaging, print collateral, and visual campaigns

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and creative consistency

• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to design with performance in mind

• Lead photo shoots, art direction, and asset rollouts

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of design experience (agency or in-house with a product/retail focus)

• Excellent layout, typography, and art direction skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite + Figma

• A highly polished portfolio showing a modern, elevated visual style

• Confidence working in fast-paced environments

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: London / Greater London - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
