Senior Group Accountant (High growth construction company)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Group Accountant to join a leading, PE backed construction company. This role has come about following an internal promotion, showing the company’s commitment to the growth of their team.

The company is London based and is currently operating within the UK and EU. They have consistently outperformed their competitors and delivered an exceptional volume of commercial projects across the UK and Europe. Backed by globally recognised investors, the finance team plays a critical role in the company's future growth plan as they look to expand and diversify their portfolio.

The role:

• Take ownership of the consolidations process across multiple legal entities and subgroups, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.

• Opportunity to make a real impact, implementing process improvements, with a focus on technology.

• Assist with financial forecasting and planning activities to support the wider business strategy and budget process, as the company looks to expand it’s portfolio.

• Working within a high-performing, collaborative finance team with a strong leadership structure.

• Significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic finance leaders.

Your profile:

• ACA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.

• Strong financial reporting skills, IFRS and UK GAAP.

• Driven individual who is detail oriented, analytical and comfortable with complex accounts.

• Strong systems and IT skills

The Package:

• £70,000 - £80,000 experience based salary
