Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role Involves:

• Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week, across 5 days including weekends/bank holidays)
• Rotating between two luxury care homes
• Leading and managing the kitchen and dining services
• Designing and delivering high-quality, nutritious menus
• Managing procurement, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
• Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff
• Creating a welcoming and family-style dining experience for residents

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience as a Head Chef in a care or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary requirements
• Proven track record in team development and operational management
