An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a prestigious organisation with a diverse property portfolio. Working within a professional Health & Safety team, you'll provide expert advice, lead audits, deliver training, and support managers in maintaining a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct health and safety audits and drive corrective actions.Provide advice on risk assessments, COSHH, DSE, manual handling, PEEPs and more.

Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programmes.

Support policy development and ensure compliance with current legislation.

Analyse H&S data and produce reports for senior stakeholders.

Support event planning activities from a health and safety perspective.

Line manage and develop a Health & Safety Advisor.

About You

Level 6 Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or MSc Occupational Health & Safety Management.

Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.

Experience conducting audits and writing reports/policies.

Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience delivering health and safety training.

Experience in complex, multi-site, public-facing or events environments would be advantageous.
