Senior Healthcare Assistant

Domus Recruitment are working with a luxury elderly care provider in South West London who are looking to recruit experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding care and understands the higher standards of service, presentation and attention to detail expected within a luxury care environment.

The Role:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents.
Support and guide Healthcare Assistants, setting a positive example.
Ensure residents receive a professional, attentive and personalised service.
Maintain high standards of care, dignity and resident experience.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant within elderly residential or nursing care.
A good understanding of the expectations of a luxury or premium care setting.
Professional, well-presented and confident in your approach.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for elderly care.
Ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team.What's on Offer:

£15.01 per hour.
Full-time, day shifts (8am–8pm).
