Senior Healthcare Assistant - Maragte

Job Brief:

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Tulipa House Care Home, you’ll assist residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship as well as providing leadership to your team.

Responsibilities:

To join us you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people. You must have a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.

We are seeking Senior Healthcare assistants both days and nights, flexible hours can be discussed!

NVQ 3 is desired for this role or working towards it but not essential.

Skills Required:

Care Experience: 1 Year

Supervisory Experience: 1 Year

Valid NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care
