A leading global manufacturer is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their high performing HR team based at their modern facility in Telford.

Working as part of a well structured HR function, you will take ownership of a defined business area, acting as a true HR partner across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll play a critical role in supporting line managers, advising on ER matters, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting business growth through strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters

Support the 360 recruitment and onboarding process

Advise on employee engagement, development, and retention strategies

Lead or support HR projects including policy development and training initiatives

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance

Generate and analyse key HR data and KPIs

Act as deputy to the HR Manager when required

What we’re looking for:

Proven HR experience at Advisor level, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment

CIPD Level 5 (minimum)

Strong ER knowledge with the ability to confidently guide managers

Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills

A collaborative team player who can thrive under pressure

What’s on offer:

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
