If you have a good all round experience of working in the HR field then this Senior HR Advisor position could really suit you. Its an opportunity where you can really grown and develop your skills.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing policies, processes and advice on all key HR issues to line Managers

- Administering recruitment process, placing advertisements and sifting CV’s received

- Sending out invitations for interviews and issuing offer/rejection letters

- Managing compliance issues and obtaining right to work in the UK documentation

- Obtaining references for new employees and conducting DBS checks

- Maintaining staff records and recording details of sickness and holiday absences
