We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and growing manufacturing business to support the appointment of a Senior HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, operations and future growth. Working closely with site leadership teams, you'll play a key role in delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service, supporting both day-to-day operational activity and longer-term people initiatives. The successful candidate will be an approachable and confident HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and making a positive impact across the business. About the Role * Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across a broad range of people matters * Support employee relations activity including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability cases * Work closely with managers to drive employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives * Assist with organisational development, succession planning and talent management activities * Support change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business * Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making * Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience * Promote a positive workplace culture and support diversity, inclusion and employee experience initiatives * Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with current employment legislation About You * Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role within a manufacturing, FMCG or operational environment * Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice * Confident managing a wide range of employee relations matters independently * Able to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation * Experience supporting business change, growth or organisational development initiatives * CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification * Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach Why This Opportunity? * Join a growing and ambitious manufacturing business * Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and influence people strategy * Varied role with exposure to both operational and strategic HR activity * Collaborative and supportive working environment * Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development If you would like to discuss this opportunity in confidence, please apply today or contact me directly for further information Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
