£39,629 with the ability over time to increase to £44,040

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a senior, hands-on role where you can make a real impact?

We're seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers across a diverse organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, performance management, absence management, recruitment, wellbeing and HR best practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people challenges and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers.
Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Analyse HR data and provide management reports.
Assist with organisational change and TUPE projects.
Develop HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Line manage and support members of the HR team.
Deputise for the HR Manager when required.What We're Looking For

✅ CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)

✅ Strong HR Generalist background

✅ Extensive Employee Relations experience

✅ Up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law

✅ Experience coaching and influencing managers

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience using HR systems and reporting tools
